@jessie@mastodon.social Hey Jess, why do restrict boostability on job emails such as this one?
=> More informations about this toot | More toots from MikeH@transfem.social
@MikeH haven't set anything unusual on these posts, you can't share it?
=> More informations about this toot | More toots from jessie@mastodon.social
@jessie@mastodon.social I can share it, but not universally because the "visibility" is set to "Home" rather than "Global". If it isn't something you've set, perhaps it's something to do with the way Mastodon and Sharkey interact? Hey @puppygirlhornypost2 and @Gargron@mastodon.social any ideas what's happening here?
If it comes to that, I don't know what the different visibilities actually mean offhand.
=> More informations about this toot | More toots from MikeH@transfem.social
@MikeH @jessie@mastodon.social @Gargron@mastodon.social sharkey calls this visibility home, other software call it unlisted and mastodon calls it quiet public. There’s no changing of visibility when it comes to sharkey & mastodon federation. Iirc pleroma & akkoma are the only ones really capable of doing so with mrf.
