Now I’m really angry. As far as I can tell the government has just copied and pasted the supposed justifications by the grouse shooting people and not even bothered to look into the sad reality of it. 🤬

In more innocent days I used to love the wildness of the moors - now I know better and can see how unnatural and sterile it all is. Conservation my foot, and of negligible benefit to the wider economy when the figures are added up correctly.
