FREE LABOUR!!! #UX #c3ux #UXresearch #uxdesign

Looking for an UNPAID UX internship/apprenticeship.

By this I mean, I graduate as a UX designer soon. I’m lucky enough to be able to do unpaid work, to gain real life experience.

Whats in this for you, Senior UX designer?

• You can delegate any task to me, I will pay extreme attention to your instructions and try to give you exactly what you want

• I’m a ridiculously fast learner. Someone once said ”you’re not even an ’explain once’-student, you’re just kind of reading my mind. An ’explain 0 times type of student’”

• I want this to be valuable to you, more than it is to me; I want to take on the tasks that you find the least fulfilling.

What’s in it for me?

• If possible, I would love to shadow you and just kind of observe how/what you do. No need for me to ask you about it, I’d rather just observe your process.

• Getting insight into the industry right away while my knowledge is still fresh, rather than spend the first 6 months after graduation applying for jobs (and be competing with people with much more experience for those same jobs)

• learning workflows as they are in real life, in all of their imperfections, and how experienced UXers approach problems

@Zackstarkid I'm not a Senior UX Designer but I do have a website and it needs some improvements. It's simple. I'm simple. I guess that this is the kind of freelance job you could be paid for. I don't have money though. We could talk maybe.

@Zackstarkid sure! for a start this is my website: ofeliayorquesta.com . And this is my MA's project main page: ofeliayorquesta.com/tecmu . I figure we could focus on the latter. As you can see, the idea is to show the video as an intro, and just below it to then introduce the project via a written article. And then it could be awesome if i were able to link some of the courses from the tutorials section, and add a brief description for them. The website is not optimized for the different devices; and not even the main page. The blog is, because its a wordpress template. I can record an unlisted video with more of the details, and I'll email you, yes. The thing is, the tecmu branch of my website should be like a portfolio of my recent work on algorithmic music. Potentially I could do this on my own, but I don't have much time right now, and I'm preferring to continue developing music pieces.
