Hey @jeffjarvis, I’ve been trying to subscribe to the #ChicagoTribune for almost 4 weeks, and their subscription page doesn’t accept any credit card info.

I tried to phone in my subscription 3 weeks ago, but the support rep told me that the subscription system was broken for them, too. She said I should try again in 24-48 hours. It still doesn’t work 3 weeks later.

Is something up?
