I just followed up via automated text asking Amazon why I've not yet received my credit for a return 2 weeks ago.

Automated text answer: "I see we've received your return. You will receive credit within 5 business days"

Crikey! My last return to Amazon saw me refunded when I posted the package. They got the notification that Australia Post had received it, and they transferred the money within 30 minutes.
