I just ate a soy based burger that wasn't cooked. For some reason the oven thermometer was incorrect. So now I have an evening sitting and waiting to see what my stomach will do next

@sol it's a shame though. I was looking forward to it and just thought, this isn't great at all. Then got to the middle and went, actually it's barely warm🤦‍♂️

@sol it was a Linda McCartney. The primary instructions were grill or oven. Plus i had the oven on anyway for the rest of the family.

On a side note, I had them on tin foil. I've had bad experiences with foil in this particular oven, it reflects all the heat away. I've followed over recipes that call for things like lasagna to be covered in foil. They don't even start to cook!

@sol at least I'm not the only one. The receipts are often at clear, I thought I must be doing something wrong!
