I forgot to add egg to my swedish meatballs, and it turns out that egg is a wholely unnecessary ingredient, presumably foisted on us by Big Egg

The eggs must be there as a binding agent, but these meatballs have bound just fine. Maybe this bread is just especially glutinous ​:blobcatgooglyshrug:​
