So I've been doing some diy hrt lately. I started taking otc birth control, just to try out progesterone by itself. It seems to be working quite well now, took about two weeks for it to kick in. All day yesterday and this morning, I feel so much better, and no sexual side effects so far. I'm hopeful for it to last!
