Do you let search do all the work, or do you pride yourself on having folders full of neatly sorted bookmarks? ππ€

@Vivaldi Surprisingly, I got it all sorted. I got folders within folders within folders and I got to cross all that maze to find a single link, but at least I know exactly where to go, and I see it as a win!

@Vivaldi I use both

@Vivaldi both. But searching bookmarks remains a pain. It finds things nicely, but the display of the results is still very chromish and tries to nudge us into using a (particular?) search engine instead.
Result display (with last used context) could be a killer.

@Vivaldi, After a quarter of a century browsing, I have a large relevant part of the Internet in my bookmarks organized in folders, I use the search engine only on specific occasions.

@Vivaldi
I have a large nummer of "custom" search engines, I use folders and categories on the speed dial and I often use https://erik.lundstedt.it/pages/newtab.html for perfectly organized links to sites I use together a lot
One feature request would be to have the ability to set a group of pages that automatically open when you open a specific workspace
So when I open the Lua workspace the first time that session, it automatically opens the lua docs and luarocks

@Vivaldi
Bookmarks, but not many are organized. Well, many are, but I have so many more that aren't. π So I use the search in the bookmark panel or sometimes the address bar if I'm not sure if I bookmarked it because then it will search history as well.

@Vivaldi Call me old school, but I still have bookmarks sorted into folders for certain categories.

@Vivaldi
Well, used to rely on the bookmarks bar full of neatly organized folders, but some browser I know π lets me set the priority of the address bar and now I just search for bookmarks and save them anywhere.
Another good thing is the nicknames (prioritized).
