J'ai écrit une check-list pour l'ouverture de tickets auprès d'un fournisseur. J'ai littéralement mis en majuscule :

0. Se demander si ouvrir un ticket est justifié

1. Rechercher si l'ouverture d'un ticket est justifiée

Pensez-vous que les collègues ont lus la doc ? 😩
