Anyone got a favourite recipe with baharat? (Not loubieh bi zeit, I already make that.)

@sinabhfuil I add it to minced lamb to make burgers or meatballs with.

Spicy Lamb Burgers

250g minced lamb

1 clove of garlic

1 shallot or half an onion

1tsp baharat spice mix

1dsp chopped walnuts

½tsp salt

1tbs oil

Place the minced lamb in a bowl.

Peel the garlic and the onion and grate them.

Add the grated garlic and onion and then the spices, walnuts and salt.

Mix well and divide the mixture and shape into 2 or 3 burgers or smaller meat balls.
