If I end up getting coffee from there, it’ll be my second time buying beans from Germany. Kudos to more friends bringing them back home for me.

Maybe it’s a sign I should speak at a conference there someday! 😄

Hope you’re enjoying your stay in “Benztown”! 😉 There are a few roasters in town, for example in Stuttgart West, but as I’m not that much into specialty coffee, I can’t recommend one from personal experience, unfortunately. But I’ve heard good things about Kaffeerösterei Fröhlich and Kaffeerakete. How long will you be here? Maybe we can somehow manage to meet for a quick ☕️ if you happen to have some spare time? That’d be great! 😊

@shadeed9 Ah, I see… 🥲 Yes, if you happen to be in town some day, let me know anytime! 🤗 Stuttgart is definitely worth a visit (okaaay it’s not Hamburg or Berlin, but still). Although I’m afraid we don’t have any well-known web conferences here. But we do have a few nice art museums, the (Bauhaus-influenced) Weißenhofsiedlung, two castles/palaces in the city center, and … car museums (Mercedes-Benz and Porsche), of course.

@shadeed9 Don’t know a roaster specifically in Stuttgart, but Taraba on Neckarstraße is an excellent speciality coffee shop and they also sell beans if I recall correctly.
