The problem with TypeScript is that I can write type-safe code, but it sometimes takes waaaaay too long to figure it out.

I need to let myself use any sometimes...

@tmr232 hang in there buddy. I have the same thoughts all the time.

But we both know, why we do it. We are forced to either simplify our code, or learn something new about TS…

The thing we ofter miss, is how much time we save by not having to debug JS anymore.

All the time we invest in our types is returned to us when we do any kind of refactoring, small or big.

To be honest, I write all of this to motivate myself to find a solution to my recursive generic issue, I already spent 1h on 🙈
