@joeo10 My guess is next time they wont be able to stand it and will try something completely new while dropping backwards compatibility.

@ppb1701 The main reason for me is that consoles are going to completely drop physical media in the next gen and it's going to be all DRM all the time.

@joeo10 They are definitely moving towards that. We might get one more gen physical, but I think after that it will be digital/game pass like availability.
