Andy Yen made a shitty and dishonest response on Reddit, claiming that his statement "was not intended to be political". He repeats the lie that Republicans would be better for antitrust. He insists that #Proton is "politically neutral" and then cites allowing both pro-Palestinains and zionists to use Proton's services as an example of said neutrality?
Absolutely horseshit.

Let me translate and TLDR this:
"I'm sowwy, I didn't mean it and it won't happen again, but if I did mean it I swear I'm just being neutral and nuanced and if you disagree then you're the one being unfair and biased! Why can't we all just get along, whether we're leftists or neonazis? We're all humans and all alike!"

@molytov
Its a non-apology. Also totally violates their claimed stance on neutrality.
How being even-handed or unbiased to fascism, or totalitarianism is general, is a good idea goes beyond me.
So it's illogical as well as offering fairly open support for the MAGA GOP and their ideology.
No thanks from me. No way I'm using their services in future.
