What's an example of a non-public sector website with a good accessibility statement?

In most of the cases, websites with such a statement often only provide a standard text template. I would regard this statement (public sector) as a negative example:
The list of non-accessible things on the site is "Antragsportal" which is the site itself. Which is pretty generic and not really helpful.

A more positive example would be this: 1/2

They have a list of things which are accessible, partly accessible and non-accessible.
Also, they have a contact form below where you can report accessibility problems.
I was wondering: a site like this could also have a statement about the non-digital accessibility. Like: how accessible is the location? Like, are there stairs, narrow hallways, etc?
