Python slithers to the top of the programming language leaderboard

@infobeautiful Seems surprising. I thought JavaScript would be secure in the top spot, because while python competes with others (including NodeJS = JavaScript!) to be the language of server-side, JavaScript gets used (increasingly due to growth in React, Vue etc) in almost every web app.

@harry_wood @infobeautiful from the look of it there's just more and more people switching to Typescript (which is a good thing).

@corpsmoderne @infobeautiful Oh yeah I didn't actually notice TypeScript is the newcomer in the 3rd spot. So it's showing a pretty big shift from JavaScript to TypeScript. That's interesting.

@harry_wood @infobeautiful yeah the ranking is not a great way to understand what is going on. Python may actually lose market-share and still gain one place if JS is losing more to TS. Would be more helpful to have actual numbers.
