[#]WritersCoffeeClub Jan 16: How would you describe the way you create your stories to a non-writer?
I never tried to do. No one's ever asked me.
I've been creating stories in my head since I was a kid, usually when I'm bored or in bed before I go to sleep. Some have been very elaborate. Some have been set in other writers' worlds. I don't write many of them because writing is harder than imagining.

I rarely write. For me, drawing/painting and making music are fun - almost effortless. Writing is hard. Writing requires a lot more effort than playing guitar. I have been writing lately - because the challenge has started to seem worth it. And I believe it is important to make every effort to resist fascism. As the US becomes more fascist, I resist more. Creativity is only one of many ways to resist fascism.
