I canceled a monthly subscription to a news outlet, and they've now billed me twice despite the cancellation
My account on their site says I have no subscription
I emailed them last month, no response
I can't find the link for their Discord anymore b/c it's a subscriber only benefit

I sent another email to their subscription support email address, even though the last one wasn't answered within a month.
I've also now tried their public Contact Us form to explain the billing issue.
If this doesn't work, I'm not sure what options I have besides disputing the transactions with my bank. I don't really want to do that.
