Does anyone have a suggestion for web analytics that isn't google? I don't control the hosting, so it needs to be something I can just plug-and-play

@LivInTheLookingGlass It really depends on how intrusive you want it to be. Microsoft has one that's free because they openly admit to use the data you collect. https://plausible.io and https://www.goatcounter.com are privacy-conscious and have both hosted and self-hosted options.
