every company has its share of red flags, but one major warning sign is when a company requires you to take an iq test as part of the application process lol

another red flag is being asked to sign a document agreeing not to speak out against superiors or take actions that could "invoke a political agenda" against the company gahahah

@harrietteann I sent some strongly worded emails to a company who tried to make me take an IQ & personality test.

IQ tests are not only discriminatory but they don't measure how well someone could do my job whatsoever. Part of me thinks if someone could fund a case then they could be outlawed as discriminatory but I don't have that kind of cash 😵
