Last week, I returned a new pair of Shure headphones that I'd bought. They just never worked (a surprise, given that Shure is a solid professional brand).
The new one came today. It ALSO did not work.
Turns out, I'd been plugging it into the wrong port in my mixer.

@tod I returned a set of hard drives 3 times a decade ago, similarly convinced they were a good brand. I was consistently getting write errors. Turned out I kept formatting them using the wrong file system. 🙄🤦♂️🤷♂️
