@MastodonEngineering hello @andypiper, we still can't accept follow requests on Mastodon iOS. It has been a blocking issue for months, rendering the application unusable if you have a private account. A bug report is collecting the dust on GitHub about this but nothing on the roadmap seems related. Any clue?

@mathilde @MastodonEngineering @andypiper @Gargron Thanks for pointing this out! I just noticed this bug last week while doing some work in the notifications area. We intend to have a fix in our next release.

@whattherestimefor hello Shannon, sorry to bother you again! The push notifications aren't working as well: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon-ios/issues/1209

Without the possibility to receive notifications and accept follow requests it makes it really hard to use the application on iOS.

Is a fix for this on your roadmap as well? 🙏🏻
