I saw a comment from Dan elsewhere that he had just used a Terms of Service generator for the current ToS and would look at it more once he can afford to hire a lawyer. https://mastodon.social/@dansup/113822734730376605

@jdp23 @pixelfed @dansup @loshmi @loops ok but until this happens, every user that registers a new account is bound to the existing TOS...so either they should be revised asap or removed? 🤔
