I hate working out.
I hate how it feels, and I hate how I feel.
I hate sweating and stinking and counting the reps and watching the set timer count down.
I hate knowing how much more there is to go, in the current workout and in my overall goals.
But in the words that I'm sure came from somewhere: "fuck it, we ball"
Pushups (knee) 10rep, 3set [fail]
Mountain Climbs 20rep, 3set [fail]
Bicycle Kicks 20rep, 3set [med]
Plank 30sec, 3set [hard]
Squat 20rep, 3set [med]
Donno if this will inspire anybody else, but maybe it'll inspire me to keep it up.

Amazing what music can do to your ability to keep pushing through a workout.
I recall that in my previous (fit, long ago) incarnation I'd do a solid hour of cardio daily, and every day I'd start it with the Super Hexagon soundtrack. It's just 3 songs, and it ramps up the pace of each song with a nice reprieve / slowdown just past the halfway point of song 3.
Today's struggle:
Pushups (knee) 10rep, 3set [hard]
Mountain Climbs 20rep, 3set [hard]
Bicycle Kicks 30rep, 3set [med]
Plank 30sec, 3set [hard]
Squat 20rep, 3set [med]
20 minutes on row
