@DamonHD It’s really good. The cashews and oranges pair well together. Very simple and refreshing. Made a little dressing with some of the orange juice, olive oil, and dijon mustard.

@brunogirin Yes, exactly. I just squeezed the juice from the trimmed ends of the oranges and whisked with olive oil, dijon mustard, plus a little salt and pepper.
