How do you explain to a CEO that artists want the process and the struggle? That the process is almost always the main reason to make art?

You don't, they're only selling a product to posers who want to have finished "works of art" without having to feel anything to "make" them.

@enriquericos I really wonder if any of them CEOs ever had the gratifying feeling of having made something with your own hands.

Getting the finished product is a short reward but remembering the whole hard process to get there, be it art or crafts, physical or digital is where the real memories and fondness come from.
