@fmhilton Would be a start. I miss when they were severely restricted. Now, at least in Pennsylvania, it's a free-for-all, and people feel free to fire off all kinds of incendiaries in the midst of my city any time they want. I find remains of rockets on my rooftop. Great stuff.

@cjonthehudson I know-Maine used to have a ban on private ownership but once that went away, fireworks by everyone all the time.
