I'm trying to figure out why the search didn't work for you. Did you search for the string "#degrowth"?

The starter pack search is currently a simple substring match over title/description/author, so searching for "degrowth" should work, but not "#degrowth (unless you also put #degrowth in the description!).

I'll probably switch this over to a full-text search, which should fix this. Thanks for the feedback!
