Der Seitan, den ich gestern gemacht habe, ist leider absolut daneben gegangen. Die Konsistenz ist sehr fraglich 😅

Mal schauen was ich damit anstelle. Keine Experimente mehr bei der Vleisch Produktion😬

Heute steht vieles an, jede Menge Termine, aber alles gut machbar. Nu aber los!

@Seitansbraten @uint8_t ah, das erklärt warum meine Vleischwurst immer zu krümelig wird. Den teig knete ich so gut wie gar nicht. Das hab ich erst vor kurzem gelernt, dass das kneten das Glutengitter erzeugt 😅
