My perpetual browser hot take is that every desktop browser should have a vertical tabs option. I can deal with having like 30 tabs open if they are in a vertical list and not so fucking small that all I can see is the icons.

(I am not in the mood to see replies with disagreeing opinions on this, by the way.)

So far the only official browser I've seen do this is Edge (and in fact it was my main browser at my last workplace), which I am hesitant to use in 2025 due to Microsoft's use of AI cringe

Chrome had vert tabs at one point then retracted the feature

@rinmari I really should give a try at vert tabs some day. I think @Vivaldi has the option, if you want a better alternative.
