Ironshisuku ‘yama-guri’ Wild Chestnut ink is different on every paper I’ve tried, sometimes it’s dusty plum, grey-green, or khaki brown. This #InkSwatch is on Mnemosyne paper—not great but old habits die hard. (Would love to hear what paper notebooks #FountainPen users love.) syringe swatch shows its plum side with incredible moss green sheen. This is one hell of a goblin core ink. Currently in my Sailor x Wancher pen, but sample was done with a glass dip pen and Zebra G nib dip pen.

@AllysonShaw I'm using Lamy fountain pens ( w F & M nibs) on Leuchtturm 1917 notebooks and Rhodia pads.

@klausblog I love the Rhodia pads! I didn’t have the best luck with Leuchtterm, but I use EF nibs- perhaps the nib size is irrelevant but maybe laying down more ink that notebook might have worked better for me. Thanks!
