Hier, Spaghetti all' Assassina!

Braucht etwas Mut: Reichlich Knoblauch in der Pfanne mit Olivenöl bräunen, Chili dazu geben und Spaghetti trocken in die Pfanne legen. Dann ähnlich wie bei Risotto nach und nach dünne Tomatensoße zugeben und darauf achten, dass alles wieder trocken kocht und etwas ansetzt und dabei bräunt. Schmeckt echt lecker. Etwa wie Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße, aber herber und mit ungewohnten Röstaromen.

@g4T ich wollte mich noch Mal bedanken. Mega leckeres Rezept, ich habe es gerade nachgekocht, auch mit Tomatenmark.

Ich hätte sogar noch mehr Knoblauch nehmen können, aber insgesamt wirklich mega lecker, praktisch zu essen und hat bei mir all in all genau 43 Minuten gebraucht.

@g4T ah ja, ein sehr leckeres Essen, wenn eins es einmal gemacht hat, dann traut eins sich das ganze auch etwas zu bräunen.

Ich würde noch erwähnen, dass es am Ende auch eine leichte Süße hat, zumindest finde ich das.

Auf jeden Fall ein leckeres Essen.
