@lt Pfft who gives a fuck :neodog_what:​ I mean, I do get the point about Signal being centralized kind of. It's not because I don't trust the shit out of the Signal developers, but because I'm a little worried governments would have an easier time compelling them to drop their encryption than they otherwise would be able to for a decentralized implementation. But Signal >>>>> Telegram & Discord. It's like the whole BlueSky vs Mastodon thing. Like, please, anything but what we have now, I don't care which one you pick.
