Why is it not illegal to sell "non-stick" objects that are, in fact, not non-stick?

@phs did you, in fact, buy a stick? If it’s not a stick then by definition it’s non-stick

@jpm This is my concern. I appear to have a stick mislabelled as non-stick.

I also have no muffins now either 😞
