My favorite battery is the A23 because it’s just 8 button cells in a trench coat.

@joeblubaugh my old Canon takes an A544, which is interchangeable with "4LR44" - which at least is honest about its trench-coatiness.

@jaydot it’s funny how we were using all these high voltage batteries back in the day. I need the A23 for an old multimeter. Voltage transformers used to be so inefficient that it was worth it.
