Unfortunately the sauce broke, but other than that, perfection. A brunch fit for an awesome mom.

Sounds excellent but I would think about doing it as a casserole so you can just put it together the previous night and pop it in the oven in the morning.

@stevegis_ssg Wouldn't work. Everything but the hashbrowns has to be fresh. But you did give me the idea of maybe preparing them in masse in the oven.
