I bought an ancient Junior League of Albuquerque cookbook because it had some cool recipes in it, but there are also, ahem, gems like these. Maybe my palate needs expanding and I do have the tools, but I am just not too sure about pimiento cream of mushroom soup broccoli 🤔

That actually sounds good and will use up some ingredients. Will be using fresh peppers instead of canned pimentos though.
