@elly I always think about object permanence when it comes to UI. If I can’t see it, it doesn’t exist, and I sure won’t find it.

@cliener yeah this is what I'm worried about. i think 🅱️ is better but object permanence tells me 🅰️ is the only realistically functional option.

@elly If A is to many, feeds could live with sitemap in footer. Guestbook could also go in footer, but maybe more prominently?

@elly Agree with @tylersticka, especially about dropdowns lol shudder).

I've used the approach of keeping the top nav simple and adding everything to the footer. It (hopefully) bridges the gap of giving an immediate sense of content scope + bonus wayfinding and keeping things a little more tidy without having to bury things in dropdowns.
