If you're leaving #META, #xitter, #twitter here's some #disinformation advice.
Do not delete your account.
Instead change your profile pic to an AI face. Delete your photos & posts. There are services that can easily scrub all that for you. Change your name. Finally get a burner phone # & temp email; change to those on your account. Lastly the PW. Keep none of this data, let it go dead on META & xitter.
Doing this tells them this is still you. But the update is a deadend. They sell that data
