@iamdavidobrien You have to assign a price to pollution. Then, you steadily increase that price, and penalize countries that don’t participate with tariffs, so that participating and modernizing and greening industries becomes the only economical solution.

It needs to have started 50 years ago, but Germany is showing the rest of the world how it’s done.
