Der Bundesrat soll die Vereinbarung über die Gewinnausschüttung mit der SNB endlich so anpassen, dass eine stabile, planbare Ausschüttung gewährleistet ist. Die SNB soll ihre Gewinne nicht zur Eigenkapital-Aufstockung verwenden, sondern auszahlen (2/3).
