@Hoss this post is obnoxious but in texas we had two cases where one of our reps went off on a vacation during a storm and i think the austin mayor fucked off too.

admittedly, cruz came back after everyone hit him with shoes over it.

If you're gonna be an elected official you should expect to be held to different standards than a typical wagie who can just take his two weeks without giving a fuck. That's why I think it's so funny when retards get angry that guys like Trudeau are being hounded on vacation as his country is falling apart. Nobody forced you to be in a position of political authority, you don't get reprieve when you fuck up. Foreign example, I know, but the same principles still apply.

@Hoss people do take vacations but in these cases of non-emergencies you have a delegate while you take your two weeks off.
