TIL there is pyodide (https://pyodide.org/).

Well, should I port the FlightBox frontend and the Abelbeck Aviation Checklist to Python? 🤔

Con:

• need to dive into a new framework

• dump JS work so far

Pro:

• back on home ground! 🙂

• simplifies the code base (JS is rather awkward)

@frank If you're just discovering pyodide, you may also want to have a look at the browser based version of Jupyter, which is based on it. For a Python library I maintain, it's quite useful for quick demos, and of course for documenting the process of arriving at calculation results.
