Time for mr Howard Beale to get some rest - my wonderful partner made me a proper avatar!

In a while Im hoping to get her on a fedi-enebled wordpress based portfolio site thats in the works. Looking forward to her fantastic work being avaialabe here.

In the meantime, despite dropping the iconic shot I encourage all to watch the Nework. Our current social/media environment was already visible from 1976.

Czas żeby pan Howard Beale trochę odpoczął - moja wspaniała partnerka stworzyła mi avatar z prawdziwego zdarzenia!

Mam nadzieję, że już niedługo pojawi się tu z dostępnej na fedi wordpressowej strony portfolio, którą mamy w planach. Nie mogę się doczekać udostępnienia jej fantastycznych prac.

Tymczasem, mimo odpuszczenia ikonicznego kadru zachęcam wszystkich do obejrzenia filmu Nework. Nasze współczesne social/media były dobrze widoczne już z 1976.

In the end there was no revolution to come out of his cry for dignity. Opposite; he led others as the oligarchy instructed and benefited while being himself exploited even in his fall into mental disintegration. Just to be destroyed by what he was creating, before he could at least fulfill the promise/threat that started this spiral, so not even that going for his self agency.

@putnamca and thank you, this opened for me a different perspective from the one I was looking to suggest - one of rage as commodity and violence and descent into madness as part of a social/media cycle.
