Why do I feel the price of my new home depends on how much I value #carfree living ?
Offers on the outskirts are almost the same price as in the city itself as long they got a regional working train station.
Without the usable and reliable public transport connection, like a S-Bahn, the prices drop significantly. Like 1-2 months savings, pay the whole year insurance fee for the car or use them for leasing an electric one.
Makes u wonder why no rent-sharks are pushing for connections.

Also with the upcoming elections and uncertainties if the #Deutschlandticket can even be relied on for the next 1-2 yrs, I don't know if "investing" in a flat near public transport is financially even "responsible".
