@copystar I got the Hyundai Kona. I also looked at the VW ID.4, but it's just so huge. A friend just got one of the Kia's. My primary criteria were range, ability to fit my bike in the trunk, and physical buttons on the console.

@copystar The Ioniq seems pretty nice, but the '24 models are 100% touch screen, which cut it from the competition.

Also, I hate car shopping, so I stopped looking when I found one I could afford that met my needs.

@adr @djfiander I hear ya. I got sucked in by Verge writing so fondly about the ioniq. I do like the fact that you can use it as a very large portable battery off the grid

@copystar @adr The Kona can do that too, but it's not quite as convenient (you have to buy an accessory to use the charging port as an outlet).
