It is pretty hard to see moving employees from CA to TX as anything other than pandering (and maybe a dash of tax avoidance).

@blankbaby It's also a way to quell internal dissent and lower payroll costs. Few existing team members will be willing and able to move from California to Texas, but those who do will be mainly junior.
