My recent thoughts on #H5N1 protocols:
✅ Continue to mask everywhere, inside & out, unless in "personal safe space" (home & car)
✅ Beef up hand sanitizing. I had eased up on this for #Covid as fomites seemed to be a lower vector of infection
✅ Return to sanitizing items coming into my home (keys, phone). My baby bottle UV sanitizer is back in it's place by the door
✅ Sanitize groceries, etc. (especially fruits & veg sold out in the open). My aqueous ozone bottle is my fav Covid splurge.

More #H5N1 thoughts:
✅ Cut out dairy. I haven't been able to eat dairy anyway since #LongCovid (hard core arrhythmia after eating it) but parm has been fine.
✅ Continue not eating eggs
👩🍳 I make my own dairy-free butter and sour cream and egg-free mayonnaise. I'll be sharing the recipes I use. Easy to make and passes my taste test (have you TRIED the store bought stuff?? 🤢) Added perk is they're all made with non-perishables so if you're isolating/quarantined/on lockdown, it's no problem!
