Instead of merely asking, "What do I need to do today?" What's a better question to begin the day with?
The stuff I need to do, needs to get done, and it's important. But the grind is just that, it wears a body down. Discipline only gets a person so far before burning out and I'm looking for more sustainable habits of mind.

@intrepidhero
Asking what you need to do today can open the door to letting others define the arc of your life. I recommend asking what you WANT to do today. Others will try to define your needs, only you can define your wants.

@intrepidhero @wanderinghermit I find having daily routines (what do I need to do) is grounding in a life of too many “what do I want to do” days.
